Loyalty program 

The BrefShop loyalty program revolves around two main aspects:

1. Loyalty status: Depending on the volume and frequency of purchases, a customer is assigned a status: bronze, silver, or gold. Each status grants access to numerous advantages related to the shopping experience on our site. These advantages may include:

   • Exceptional discounts
   • Exclusive access to sales or special offers
   • Full or partial contribution from BrefShop towards express delivery fees.

2. Points system: With each purchase, a customer enrolled in the loyalty program receives points at the rate of 1 point for every 10 dh spent on the site. The accumulated points can be used on the site to pay for purchases and/or delivery fees. The conversion rate between points and dirhams is variable and will be published monthly on the site. The earned points are valid for 12 months.
